The 9th annual “Doing the Most Good” Luncheon, presented by the Salvation Army, will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Norcross on March 7, starting at 11:30 a.m.
Scheduled speakers Chad Gundersen and Chris Juen are executive producers of the hit series “The Chosen.” They will share behind the scenes stories, what production looks like and how the show wouldn’t be where it is without the Salvation Army.
There will also be silent and live auctions of quality items and services, including a behind the scenes tour on the set of The Chosen during the filming of season four.
The luncheon is part of the Salvation Army’s fundraising efforts to support their year-round year round services to Gwinnett families, such as housing, utilities, groceries and emergency disaster services.
Although known for their holiday season Angel Tree Program and Red Kettle Campaign, the Salvation Army serve youth all year long by offering school supplies, a free year-round School for Performing Arts and summer camps.
Individual luncheon tickets are available for $125 and sponsorship levels range from $1,000 to $15,000. Visit the website, salvationarmygwinnett.org, to secure tickets and sponsorships.
