Renova Technology Celebrates Grand Opening, $600K Capital Investment

Renova Technology, Inc., an after-market repair services company, celebrated the recent expansion of its supply chain operations with a grand opening.

The event highlighted the company’s $600,000 capital investment in Gwinnett and outlined plans for 30 new jobs, including customer service, marketing, repair and sales positions.

“We are excited to be growing in a community that offers so much support and opportunity for the technology industry,” said Renova Technology, Inc. Chief Operating Officer Marc Melkerson

Partnership Gwinnett has helped us with everything from business connections to talent solutions, and we are grateful to be celebrating this expansion with them and the numerous partners who have made today possible,” he added.

In 2001, Renova Technology, Inc. relocated to Gwinnett to better serve its customers and employees. For more than two decades the company has grown in the pro-business environment for which Gwinnett is so well known.

Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson shared, “Jobs and capital investment mean opportunity for our citizens and a more balanced tax base for Gwinnett residents.”

“We appreciate Renova’s contribution to our economy and congratulate them on the opening of their new space here in Gwinnett,” she said.

District 2 Commissioner Ben Ku added, “Renova’s growth in Gwinnett highlights the robust infrastructure that is in place to support the technology industry in our community; we applaud their expansion and look forward to watching them grow in the future.”

Several employees, executives, industry peers, partners and community leaders attended the ceremony.

Partnership Gwinnett Technology and Life Sciences Project Manager Andrew Hickey managed the project in collaboration with the Georgia Department of Economic Development, Metro Atlanta Chamber, Georgia Power, Gwinnett County Government and the Gateway85 Community Improvement District.

“It is always a good day to recognize incredible companies growing and thriving in the Gateway85 CID,” said Gateway85 Community Improvement District Executive Director Emory Morsberger

“Renova’s presence and environmentally friendly model make them a tremendous partner in the CID’s mission to support and maintain a clean and welcoming district for our business community.”

Partnership Gwinnett Project Manager Andrew Hickey added, “We congratulate Renova on their growth and success in Gwinnett and look forward to working with them as exemplary existing industry partners.”
