Duluth Police Department Launches Annual Toy Drive

The Duluth Police Department has announced its annual Toy Drive, an initiative to bring joy to children in need during the holiday season.

The Duluth Police Department has announced its annual Toy Drive, a community‐wide initiative to bring joy to children in need during the holiday season. This year’s drive will benefit Toys for Tots and the Duluth Co‐Op, ensuring a broader impact on local families.

We invite and encourage individuals who wish to make a difference in the lives of children to participate in the Toy Drive by donating new, unwrapped toys. The drive will run until Dec. 15. Generous contributors can drop off their donations at the Duluth Police Department.

These children are diverse in age and needs. The Duluth Police Department is seeking toys for children ages 0 to 15. Infants and teenagers often face unique challenges, making their inclusion in the donation pool crucial for creating an inclusive holiday experience.

“The spirit of giving is at the core of our community, and through initiatives like the Toy Drive, we aim to make a meaningful impact on the lives of local children and families,” stated Corporal Ted Sadowski, spokesperson for the Duluth Police Department.

The Duluth Police Department emphasizes that your support can make a lasting difference in spreading joy and warmth this holiday.

For additional information, please get in touch with Corporal Ted Sadowski, Public Information Officer (PIO), at 678‐512‐3731 or pdpio@duluthpd.com.
