Partnership Gwinnett Celebrates Economic Growth at the Annual Reception

Partnership Gwinnett recently hosted its annual Gwinnett Company Reception at The River Club in Suwanee, Georgia. The event celebrated companies that selected Gwinnett for their new location or expanded within the county, contributing significantly to job creation and capital investment in the community.

Among the companies recognized during the reception were Leuze Electronic, Inc., NEMA, Inc., Northeast Georgia Health System/Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, Randek Inc., Renova Technology, Inc., ROBOPAC USA/ OCME, Skill Master Pro LLC, and Skipper Logistics.

Together, these companies created over 1,500 new jobs in Gwinnett in 2023 and invested approximately $486 million in capital, bolstering the county’s economic landscape, and fostering a more balanced tax base.

Vice President of Partnership Gwinnett Deven Cason stated in a release, “The remarkable growth and investment from these companies underscore Gwinnett’s appeal as a premier destination for businesses seeking to thrive and expand. Their contributions not only strengthen our local economy but also enrich the fabric of our community, creating opportunities for Gwinnett’s workforce to prosper.”

In addition to celebrating corporate achievements, the event also recognized key non-profit partners that collaborate with Partnership Gwinnett including the American Cancer Society, Gwinnett Sports Commission, Junior Achievement of Georgia, GCPS Community Based Mentoring Program, Rainbow Village, Explore Gwinnett, and Community Sustainability Enterprise.

These organizations play a crucial role in supporting the economic development efforts and overall well-being of Gwinnett County.

Partnership Gwinnett extends its gratitude to supporting sponsors of this event, the City of Norcross, Hogan Construction Group, Platinum Cargo Logistics, and Womble Bond and Dickinson, whose generous support made this event possible.

Looking ahead, Partnership Gwinnett will host the annual Movers and Makers Awards program, honoring manufacturing, supply chain and logistics companies, which are the backbone of Gwinnett and Georgia’s robust industry sector.
