The city of Duluth was recently honored with the prestigious Build Georgia Award from the Associated General Contractors of Georgia (AGC Georgia).

Showcasing the best of the best in construction performance, the Build Georgia Award is given to select projects completed in our state. Duluth’s Jewel Box project, developed by Lusk Commercial Contractors was a recipient.

The Jewel Box project was the redevelopment of the former “paver lot” in downtown to the beautiful activity lawn and new location for LR Burger. This was a critical project in Duluth’s downtown development plans for the city and is now a crown jewel space for the community — enjoyed by local residents as well as visitors to the city’s lovely downtown area.
